It is a sad fact that Hackers are out there — they only need a few pieces of personal information to steal your ID (your date of birth, your mother’s maiden name and your middle name).

With this in mind, and for security reasons, please don't include (if possible) the following personal details in the documents that you upload when requesting a Free Resume Review — Your Date of Birth, Your Middle Name, Referee contact details (unless essential for a role). Personal email addresses can often have clues as to middle names or dates of birth; in that case, we recommend having a more generic email address which is only used for future job applications so your personal information stays as safe as it can be.  

At Résumés for Results, we care about your privacy. We have a variety of stringent security measures in place to protect the safety of our website and any documents that are uploaded for review by our professional consultants. Once we have responded to your enquiry or Free Resume Review, we remove any trace of your documents from our computers. When you become a Résumés for Results client, your documents will be stored on our OneDrive for quality control purposes, keeping them safe from potential hackers who may try to attack our organisation and/or website. All information that you provide to us throughout this process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and care.
